Wat willen wij? Alle dieren vrij!
Op 18 juni organiseert dierenrechtenorganisatie Bite Back de Mars Stop de Dierindustrie in Brussel. We willen met deze mars de noden van de dieren in de kijker te zetten en oproepen voor dierenrechten.
De doelen van Stop de Dierindustrie zijn duidelijk.
Op korte termijn:
- tegenhouden van de bouw van nieuwe stallen en slachthuizen
- een einde aan de subsidiëring van de dierindustrie
Op lange termijn:
- rechten voor alle dieren
- een overschakeling van dierlijke naar plantaardige voedselproductie
- meer subsidies naar plantaardige voeding (investeer in gezonde plantaardige voeding en help boeren om de omschakeling te maken)
- vrijgekomen land moet teruggaan naar de natuur en al haar inwoners
What do we want? Animal liberation!
On the 18th of June, animal rights organisation Bite Back will be organising the Stop the Animal Industry March in Brussels. With this march we want to put the needs of animals in the spotlight and make a demand for animal rights.
The goals of Stop the Animal Industry are clear.
Short term:
- A ban on building new animal (factory) farms
- No new slaughterhouses or expansions of slaughterhouses
- No subsidies for the animal industry
Long term:
- Rights for all animals
- Switch from animal to plantbased food production
- More subsidies for plantbased food: support existing vegan farmers, help farmers make the change, invest in healthy food
- Giving land back to nature and its inhabitants.
Que voulons-nous ? La libération des animaux !
Le 4 septembre, l’organisation de défense des animaux Bite Back organise la marche Stop à l’Industrie Animale à Bruxelles. Avec cette marche, nous voulons mettre en avant les besoins des animaux et exiger des droits pour les animaux.
Les objectifs de Stop à l’Industrie Animale sont clairs.
A court terme :
- Interdiction de construire de nouvelles fermes (industrielles) d’ élevage d’animaux.
- Pas de nouveaux abattoirs ni d’agrandissement d’abattoirs.
- Pas de subventions pour l’industrie animale
A long terme :
- Des droits pour tous les animaux
- Passage de la production d’aliments d’origine animale à celle d’aliments d’origine végétale
- Davantage de subventions pour les aliments d’origine végétale : soutenir les agriculteurs végétaliens existants, aider les fermiers à changer, investir dans une alimentation saine végétale.
- Rendre la terre à la nature et à ses habitants.
