The Belgian Anti-fur Movement (BAM) will continue to take action against @lvmh and @louisvuitton because they still sell fur and refuse to announce a fur-free policy.
Saturday September 19th at 3 pm, we will take action in front of the store of Louis Vuitton in Antwerp. (Komedieplaats 14/16)

The anti-fur movement is gaining momentum, so we want to put even more pressure on LVMH and Louis Vuitton. That’s why our friends from Bite Back, Animal Rights and Ligue Internationale pour la promotion du Véganisme et de l’Antispécisme (LIA) will join us to fight side by side! We want to call all activists to join this special day, because the more people = the more pressure!

Want to join our fight, but not sure what to do? No worries, there is something to do for everyone! From protesting and chanting, to just holding a sign, being a steward or handing out leaflets, there is always something you will feel comfortable with! This action is part of a global campaign against LVMH and the fur industry.
For one fur coat, an average of 50 animals are killed by gassing or anal and/or vaginal electrocution. Several animals are skinned alive.
The employees are also exploited.
Moreover, fur production also damages the environment and climate.
LVMH and Louis Vuitton are aware of this, but continue to sell fur. They are more interested in making money than in the rights and welfare of their employees and the animals, and the impact of fur production on the environment and climate.
