ze hebben geen nut in de zuivelindustrie.<\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ze worden van hun moeder <strong>gescheiden<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0vetgemest en geslacht<\/strong> voor hun vlees.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De melk die in winkels verkocht wordt, is de melk die deze<\/span><b> jonge kalfjes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hadden moeten krijgen om <\/span><b>op te groeien<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Net zoals vrouwtjeshonden melk aanmaken voor hun puppies, en mensen voor hun baby\u2019s, is de samenstelling van koemelk bedoeld en ideaal voor een <\/span><b>kalf<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p>Mensen kunnen ook <b>calcium <\/b>uit <b>andere producten<\/b> halen, zoals groenten en style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koeien maken melk aan <strong>wanneer ze een jong verwachten<\/strong>, net zoals alle andere <strong>zoogdieren<\/strong>. Om melk voor <strong>menselijke consumptie<\/strong> te produceren, moet een koe elk jaar een kalfje krijgen. Opdat dat kalf geen melk zou drinken van de moederkoe, wordt het na enkele uren <strong>weggenomen<\/strong> &#8211; de boer zou anders kostbare melk om te verkopen verliezen. <strong>Deze scheiding veroorzaakt enorm veel dierenleed bij koe en kalf. Sommige koeien loeien dagenlang om hun kalf, waar ze na 9 maanden dracht maar enkele momenten voor hebben kunnen zorgen.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De meeste kalfjes worden dus vetgemest en geslacht &#8211; en dat op een leeftijd van gemiddeld <strong>acht maanden.<\/strong> Het <strong>kalfsvlees<\/strong> dat we in de winkels vinden, komt van die kalfjes &#8211; die als overschot worden gezien in de zuivelindustrie. De mannelijke kalfjes zijn <b>niet nuttig <\/b>omdat ze geen kalveren kunnen krijgen en melk produceren. Ook de vrouwelijke kalfjes zijn niet allemaal nodig om de oudere melkkoeien te vervangen. <strong>Melkproductie is deel van een industrie die moederdieren uitbuit en babydieren doodt.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section <strong>geiten en schapen<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Grofweg zijn er twee grote verschillen. De moedermelk wordt afgetapt en <b>verkocht<\/b>.<\/p><p><strong>Soms loeien de moeders nog dagenlang om hun babies.\u00a0<\/strong>Na enkele weken wordt de moederkoe opnieuw ge\u00efnsemineerd, moet ze opnieuw negen maanden een kalf dragen, dat opnieuw direct zal afgenomen worden.<strong> Na zo&#8217;n 5 \u00e0 6 jaar<\/strong> belandt ook de moederkoe in het <strong>slachthuis omdat haar melkproductie minder effici\u00ebnt en dus renderend wordt<\/strong>.
